Holy fuck. He is obviously flaunting that he does indeed abuse and control her. From her face, to her body language, to how quick she is to startle, how she flinches when he tries to touch her, I mean fucking hell. I know Lainey is not an innocent in all this, but goddamn, I do feel for anybody that has to deal with a narc like Greg. Anything can set off a narc into raging at you, I mean anything. And most of the time, when they start to rage, you're left wondering what you did to piss them off, which just enrages the narcissist even more, because they expect for you to know what set them off, but there is no rhyme or reason to what "triggered" them. Because that is part of their mind game. This is why a victim ends up so anxious and walking on eggshells and so unsure around the narc, because one day something is completely fine with them, but the next day, it's the most horrible thing in the world. And because narcs love to gaslight you into thinking their abuse is your fault, you constantly self doubt yourself and blame yourself, and it does absolutely erode your confidence and self esteem and your sanity.
Sorry to powerlevel, but after being in a highly abusive situation with a narcissist and literally feeling like I was going insane from it, it does cause me to feel sympathy for Lainey to an extent, but mostly, it infuriates me that Greg blatantly shows his abuse of her. I mean, I get it, Lainey is an adult. And I know she did pursue him, but to be fair, plenty of teenage girls actively try to pursue older men. They think they're so mature and an adult and can handle themselves in a relationship with an older man, yet because of that they cannot see when they are being manipulated by the older man, whereas an older, experienced woman (like Adrienne) quickly see through the manipulation tactics. Abusers like Greg love to get them young, because they're easier to manipulate, control, and brainwash them to think their abuse is actually normal.
I'm able to generally not get too emotionally invested on this site, which is why I steer clear of some of the threads on here, but holy fuck. This is a fucked up situation all around and I am genuinely horrified by it. I hope to god that Lainey's family steps in and gets her and the kids away from Greg. Lainey still needs to be held accountable of what she's done, but she will definitely be punished more leniently than Greg will, especially because she's been abused. And I sincerely hope that she gets intensive therapy, because lord knows she'll need it.
Edit: While he might not hit her ihe classical sense, Greg definitely grabs at her roughly, and probably grips tightly to cause pain. The very beginning, when he smacks the thing Lainey was holding, she immediately tenses up, and tries to move away when Greg tries to touch her. Added to that, Greg has to comment every time Lainey flinches with "Did you just flinch?" He's gaslighting her again, because I'm sure she is bracing herself for him raging or grabbing at her to control her, and instead he's playing innocent, essentially telling her "What is your problem? Why are you acting like this? You know I'm not abusive. Just because I act like I'm about to rage and going to abuse doesn't mean that I really am."
Congratulations Gurg, you're only the second cow on here that I truly despise in every way.

Where you in the voice chat? or just typing in the non member ? He's such a loser, they don't really even listen to him, he just keeps trying to butt in and get everyone's attention.... its kind of sadI was in the discord. There was this girl singing actually really beautifully, so I told her she has an amazing voice and I loved it. And then immediately after Greg kicked me out.
He didn’t like that I complimented someone else in his discord.
