That's the lowest grade of mail and completely different than what we are talking about. US ballots are not in the same postal category as junk mail and have different requirements. It's literally a minute of googling but that would require you to stop raging at stickers so you don't bother.

All I can find is the suggestion that mail without a return address is deprioritized and not sent as quickly.

So for a citizen or a business, yeah, why deprioritize your own shit?
It otherwise seems like the government could instruct the USPS to prioritize absentee ballots in lieu of their having a return address.

The future of the GOP will come from California if things work out in Trump's favor.
Rather than being cucks, just embrace the democrats methods like ballot harvesting and have some decent policy proposals to attract minorities to the party as a bonus. And telling the governor and ag to go screw themselves was great.

It depends who grasps power and who is the majority. don't even factor China into this for a moment and their expansion, and ignore the elites based on demographics, the majority in each country will probably revert to ancient time mannerisms. That's without most groups having in-fighting, and don't get into mix race people and mix-race marriage people. Something tells me there are going to be a lot of slaughter/mass murder events weeding out those who are non-tribal or seen as "race traitors" from all groups. The more tolerant groups or "diverse" groups will probably be eradicated or sabotaged from within.

I'm going to go against the grain of what some of the other people are telling you, which is that you will be screwed no matter where you go, and say that there are a few African countries that are starting to noticeably develop such as Botswana. Certainly something to look into if nothing else.

I could also point out that Feudal serfdom and chattel slavery are not the same thing (biggest difference being that you can't sell off a serf like you can a chattel slave; they're tied to the land itself, not owned directly by the master), but that is probably too off-topic.
