I'm thinking that Ralph is a fucking moron, to the point that he has absolutely violated parole and completely unintentionally. In exactly the same way as he was touching up the nonce until he saw a camera right in front of him, he probably thought that just being in the background while people were hitting the bong meant that he was as good as invisible. If he had any common sense, given that he is an American, he would have never gone near these guys at the first sound of alcohol and drugs given what is known about everyone in those clips. Instead, the trailer park compels him.

Ralph, for having done everything except for nothing at all and getting a grip on his alcohol addiction, is getting what he fucking deserves.
