If Russell has actually moved to Vegas (and he might just be fucking around with Facebook, who knows), what are the odds he cleared it with whoever's supposed to be keeping an eye on him after the Erika thing? I'm betting he didn't, because he's just that dumb.

And how long until he's broke and having to move back to Wyoming with mom and dad? A month, maybe two?
 
So yesterday he's at the gym down from his apartment on Redwood Road and 6900 So., and today he's moved to Sin City? Nah, fam. Gonna have to call bullshit on that until he provides proof. He probably thinks he's being clever and that he can somehow fool us and hide from us by claiming to live in Vegas now.

On the other hand, part of me hopes he did actually manage to move to Lost Wages and that he totally fucks his life up by doing so. Such as violating his parole agreement, or just by being himself in an unforgiving and unsympathetic city like Vegas.

What are the chances Shit-lips did things correctly and cleared it with the court and parole office to move out of state? Slim-to-none. Russhole would thing he was playing Hyper-Dimensional, Intergalactic, Thermonuclear Big Brain chess by moving away without clearing it, and then all his worries and problems would disappear

And I think it would take more than going bust in Lost Wages for Rat-mouth Greer to move back to Evanston with his folks. If anything, he'd probably just move back to the Salt Lake area since that's what he's most familiar with.

I reckon you'd have to be a certain type insane to move state, with sketchy work history, during a pandemic. I think that might have something to do with his rejection for a rental property. If I was a landlord or rental agent, out of my own due diligence I'd put the person's name into Google and see what comes back.

Results would certainly factor into my decision. The credit check is just a cop-out excuse.

Homeless saga when?

Doesn't Las Vegas have it's own skid Row level homeless population stuck in the storm drains? If (if being the keyword) Russ goes to Vegas he might screw up and end up stuck in there (although hopefully not. Wouldn't wish that shit on me worst enemy. Ehhhh... I suppose not Russ either it'd make his folks upset and end our lulz)

But in all likeliness gourd head is just telling bullshit being the pretentious cunt he is

According to what this Utah's law firm's website says, citizens on probation can leave the state, but only after receiving permission from the court.

If Russhole has left the state (and that's a BIG if), you know he didn't get permission from the court. Russhole thinks he's above following the rules and laws that everyone else is held to. No doubt leaving the state is his super cunning big brain plan to avoid paying his fine and undergoing the personal humiliation of the court ordered psych eval. If he really did move to Vegas, I look forward to watching that city chew him up and spit him out. I bet he moved there without even securing a new job first. Even if he did get hired somewhere before moving (unlikely in this economy) I doubt he'll stay hired for long. His creeper nature will get him fired (and get his ass beat) sooner rather than later.

If Russhole didn't leave the state and he's lying about it (which is extremely possible), he probably thinks he's super sneaky and can get away with staying in Utah without having to pay his fine or going through the eval ordered by that bias judge who totes hates the disabled FRICK! Like how he lied on Facebook about how he was really in Colorado when he last went to Reno for an appointment with one of Hof's hookers (AKA the time Russhole failed to get laid in multiple brothels).

Either way, Russhole is trying to escape the consequences of his own actions. I hope Based Skordas is paying attention and can let the Orem City prosecutor's office know about Russhole allegedly skipping town so they can nail his stalker ass to the wall with the law.

I don't know if Russhole refusing to get his court-ordered psych eval would also count as a violation on its own, as the list given only mentions not completing substance abuse treatment.

Rusty isn't exactly known for his good judgement, but I can't imagine he could afford a major move to a new state. Yes, I know he only owns a love seat, possibly a bed, a computer, a keyboard and some Colossal Crunch, but it's still a logistical pain in the ass even if you're competent. He'd have to hire a U-Haul or something and a hitch for his car. He'd have to lay down money for a deposit on a new place. Possibly deposits on utilities if he's not shacking up at in a room somewhere. He'll have to pay for registration for his car and license. He'd have to have a job. I think we would have heard him reeeee about having to ask permission to move during his probation. Unless his parents are being absolute mongs and are funding this ridiculousness in a misguided attempt to help him have a "fresh start", this is the bullshittiest bullshit he's ever bullshit.

Russ likely doesn't have a car. It would be pretty difficult for him to get licensed to drive due to his medical conditions and he's always used public transportation. His claims of having a car were likely to try to impress women since decades of pop culture have taught him that cars are "chick magnets".

I think he did say in advance although I also think in the end it does mean hes full of shit. I think what he had done was leave a shitty review (his ultimate final weapon) for some apartment leasing agency in Las Vegas because they wouldnt cut him any slack or rent to him or some shit and somebody said a few pages back that they had gotten it removed.

I wouldn't put it past him to think "oh I'm in Nevada now so I don't have to follow the court ruling in Utah." Of course, if Utah is feeling pissy enough, they can have him arrested in LV for a probation violation and extradited back to Utah to serve his six months.
 
I'll give credit where it's due- IF (big if) this is true, congrats to Russ for accomplishing something he wanted to do. I hope hilarious things come of it.
