People have gone to jail for coughing at people's general direction and saying they have covid. The left would impeech him no if ands or butts. And Mitch would be hard pressed to stand by someone who willingly gave someone covid. Regardless if Joe gets it, survives, and/or dies from it.

*They'd probably just give him a 20-25 year sentence. But since he's already 74, that's basically a life sentence.
