I love how he's citing RTC v. Netcom, which is when the Church of Scientology sued a BBS in 1995 for hurting their fee-fees.

He'd have to present it as evidence if he plans on using it against the farms in court, assuming it ever even gets near a courtroom. That's the whole thing about the legal system, unless you can present your evidence there in that moment it's worthless. Simply saying that somebody left a harassing message on your answering machine will not be admitted into evidence unless he actually has the recording.
And then it's necessary to prove that it was a Kiwi that did it and not some homeless guy he paid $5 to record. In short Ratmouth is either fabricating evidence or he's straight up lying.

I think its incredibly hilarious on how much of a hypocrite Russ is when this whole thing is laid out.
For starters, this idiot claims that Kiwi Farms is a source of all of the hate in his recent years, when he himself has verbally harassed a woman he wasn't even supposed to talk about in the same breath IN A LEGAL DOCUMENT mind you.
Russ himself is such a misogynistic shithead that thinks that the world owes him whatever he wants cause he came out looking like a Goblin runt, going as far as to use official resources provided by the job he was working at the time, to stalk and harass a woman who wouldn't slobber his goblin cock out of spite. He doesn't view women as people, just goals for himself to reach, and he knows that its wrong, but doesn't care because he deep down feels like he is owed some pussy.
The fact that he openly lies in this huge storybook of "Look at that nasty Moon and Kiwi Farms has done to my life!!!" while also doing the very same to women, even women down on there luck, and feeling like its justified is so fucking ass backwards.
I hope the Judge that read this pile of shit gave one look at it, looked as his record, and just shook his head saying "Already know its bullshit." before tossing it aside.

Once again he's doing the old "The CDA doesn't apply here because it shouldn't." Whether it should or not is irrelevant, it does, after all these years Russell still doesn't get that the courts are not for making new laws, but for what laws already exist. If he wants the CDA amended that's for the legislature to decide, not the courts, but he still thinks he can alter the law according to his will using lawsuits.

If "X posted my contact info publicly and now Y is harassing me" was a legal basis to make X liable for the harassment, then Taylor Swift's family members could sue the people search website that Russ paid to get their phone numbers and harass them.

Russ is a massive hypocrite, he says this site ruins lives but he would gladly be happy if just his thread/s and articles here are taken off.
He says Taylors tour should be put on hold so she doesn't "hurt anyone else" when on an article about Taylor visitng a little girl who suffered major burns to her body, Russ was somehow the victim.
He says he is some "disabled inspiration and activist" when if every other contestant on Americas Got Talent died in a freak accident, he wouldn't care, why? Because he doesn't care about anyone else unless it directly benefits him.

Well being burned all over your body hurts for a bit but eventually it gets better. Ratmouth will NEVER get better because of his disability which is why he's the real victim here and Taylor needs to agree to go out on a date with him to Olive Garden and finish it off with sucking him his penis. I know this is late, but I am still in utter disbelief that the most coherent parts of his Complaint are still riddled with blatant errors and unprofessional whining. If nothing else, Greer's filings serve as a depressing commentary regarding the quality of the Utah educational system.

Russ, Gersh v. Anglin doesn't apply here. Unlike Anglin did to Gersh, neither Null nor anyone on this site is advocating that anyone contact you. In fact, it's the complete opposite. Any KF poster who is found to have contacted you is, at the very least, bullied relentlessly, if not outright banned. Making fun of the things you freely publish and post online under your real name is protected speech under the First Amendment. The Montana Anti-Intimidation Act does not apply in Utah.

I've been binge-watching Rekieta's streams on Greer because it's just so insane, it's pretty good entertainment.
My sides were in fucking orbit when it got to the whatever the hell his 'this is why I want to legalize prostitution' thing was, because he cited Canada (AG) v Bedford, which has nothing to do with "Reeeeee everyone needs to get laid" and isn't even a US court case.
I'm now convinced Russhole doesn't know what words mean, at all, and maybe just got passed through college so they didn't have to deal with him anymore.

He did graduate, after five years. And he did get a degree, he posted it. However, @NipplelessWoman went with him to the same school and she got two degrees in two years, and she still had to play catch up when she hit the real world because the quality of the instruction was low. She understood that, but Russ apparently doesn't understand that the education he received was sub-par, and he failed to grasp most of what he was taught anyway.
