That would require high schools/middle schools to be completely rewired.

Since the late 80s, shop classes (the pipeline to trade schools and trade jobs) have become "out of sight, out of mind" dumping grounds for students schools have deemed unteachable, stupid, or borderline retarded and as such, lost causes and must be isolated away from the student body.

To be sent to shop is to basically be deemed "irrevocably unsalvagable" and only the worst of the worst academically or mentally re-tar-dead were allowed to attend shop classes. This came about in part to "cleanse" the student body of people who would bring the school's grade averages down and potentially affect funding, but also to foster the idea that you MUST go to college. This was aided with the fact that most schools no longer even offer on sight shop classes, meaning school districts simply paid to build off-campus shop buildings inside the district and created as a place where schools in the district literally bus their "problematic" students there so they never go to the actual school or interact with the student body. And in my case, where all of the special needs (IE officially classified as re-tar-dead) students were warehoused too, since we didn't have a place for re-tar-dead kids and they were forcibly mainstreamed in regular schools with it being justified as "them learning a trade sine they'll never get a "respectable" job".

(This in turn led to something hilariously ironic, as shop was wholesale replaced with home economics across the nation though home economics classes themselves are poorly organized, tended to be all over the places lesson-wise, and often skipped critical shit like how to balace a checkbook/budget and de-evolve into poorly constructed cooking and sewing classes where you have to bake something random for the class at home or sew some sort novelty item like a pillow which then goes on display for the school to see)

Growing up, I was always told by adults that the shop students were dead enders and that it was used as a scare tactic to keep students from scoring below a C in their classes. "Flunk enough classes and they'll ship you off to shop classes and your life will be over!" is something parents would say threatening to kids when I was growing up. Or it being used to explain why the various re-tar-dead kids at my school suddenly stopped showing up one day ("they finally got him into shop! poor thing, he'll never amount to anything but thankfully they'll teach him something so he can at least get a job at a garage or construction!")

Also, is this why the demand for immigration is so high? If everyone capable of getting decent grades in high school is shipped off to college, you're stuck with retards for all of the handiwork, and when the choice is between retards and illegal spics most people would rather learn a little Spanish.

You know, for how thuggish, loutish, and sadistically predatory the left have been for the last four years when they don't have power (much less corporate lapdogs), it's actually quite worrying to think of what they will do if they get power, and there are no brakes on the excesses. It's set up for an almost certainty of apartheid, gulags, and re-education camps if they can exercise that kind of power.

This is what they are confident to proclaim and threaten when they don't have power. What more will they do if they do?

I remember saying to a family member when I was out in the bush and the radio was playing on 9/11, and it was only a few minutes after I realized the first report of a plane hitting didn't mean some numbskull in a Cessna, I told them: "Now we see the veneer of civilization collapse in the States."

It sort of did, with waterboarding and extraordinary rendition and Abu Ghraib and Gitmo, but now it's expanded, and instead of being an aberrant smear of paint in the picture, it has become the canvas of politics in the West.

I think most people intuitively see this, and unless the media's attempt to make this the canvas succeeds and Biden wins this election, I think by next summer there will be a mass amnesia for the majority about the TDS insanity over the last few years. If it goes the other way, I'll be terribly worried for the future of western civilization. Hell, a Trump win and a lost senate and an ambiguous house will completely castrate the executive, so it would be a bit reassuring to see the senate at least get a little more Republican.

They'll also have the perfect propaganda setup. They can make the riots stop, the media will stop reporting Wu Flu shit, the vaccine will come out, everything will go back to "normal", and the normies will love Biden for it. The intel agencies will bring forth the "evidence" that everything bad that happened in the past 4 years was actually the fault of Trump and the white supremacists, and there will be a long-standing mental association between anything Trump promoted and the chaos of those 4 years if they pull it off properly. Maybe politics after that will be divided between people who want to ape Western Europe in every policy, and Breadtube faggots who think that's neo-colonialist and we should ape some idealised conception of the Native Americans instead.

A few days late to post it, but there was an interesting bit in that Serbia-Kosovo peace deal. Turns out there's a lake in Kosovo that's been under dispute for decades. It lies 80% in Kosovo but 20% in Serbia, so they have an ongoing dispute over its ownership. Even the name is disputed; Kosovo calls it Lake Ujman, the Serbs call it Gazivoda, and the two sides refuse to acknowledge the other's labels.

So as a compromise, it will now be called Lake Trump.

An idea that started as a joke for the Ujman Lake, which Serbs refer to as Gazivoda, to find a compromise name seems to be taking shape. During the negotiations at the White House, the US Presidential envoy for the dialogue, Richard Grenell, gave the idea to name the lake after Trump.

Initially everybody laughed with the idea. But not today. Gazeta Express has learned that Kosovo Prime Minister Avdullah Hoti expressed his readiness to support Grenell’s idea at a meeting with him. The same idea was endorsed also by Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic at another meeting.

The debate, and later the Agreement, about Ujman Lake have triggered a wave of reactions in Kosovo. Kosovo has reached an agreement with the US for the State Department to carry out a feasibility study on how to share the lake’s resources.

The Ujman/Gazivoda Lake is mostly located in Kosovo’s territory but almost 20 percent of it is part of Serbia’s territory. This artificial lake was accumulated decades ago by the “Iber Lepenci” company, back when Kosovo was part of Yugoslavia. After the end of the war in 1999, there was a lot of tension caused about the lake as Kosovo considers it as its own property, while Serbia claims its ownership since part of it is in Serbia.

It sounds like a stupid squabble, but it's actually a useful solution, and both sides seem glad to solve the issue without losing face. Kosovo's PM even tweeted about it.
