It's almost impossible to fully cut a teenagers from internet becouse everyone has at least a smartphone but also it's impractical. Everything from basic schoolwork, most forms of entertainment and keeping in touch with IRL people tends happen trough internet. Best way tends to be make them have offline time. This can take many form so for example no phones at table during dinner, team sports or playing boardgames. Generally just make point that they spend time with people right there.

I was trying to remember the name of a MtF serial killer the other day and most searches were just bringing up killers that killed troons and I finally remembered it.
Doug/Donna Perry, they basically killed some prostitues and trooned out years later and when finally arrested they tried to first play it off as them always being a woman and having no idea who Doug is, then they said Doug probably did it and then something like they killed woman because they wasted their womanhood.
Anyway what stood out to me the most is that neither name of the killer has a Wikipedia page, it seems odd such an interesting serial killer would not have one when even lesser ones do.
