We need a poll on whether she'll last any longer on this than she did Optavia. Remember how Optavia sent her a workbook and she was like a child on Christmas when she realized it was a workbook instead of a regular book? That's how she sounds right now about this nice shiny new app.Operation Optavia 2.0.
She got worn down by an ad for an app
This isn't going to be any better than WW, which she's still paying for. The main point I took away from this video is that Amber needs to install a damn adblocker.

God only knows how much she's going to annoy the coach for this program if the way she bugged her Optavia coach is anything to go by.
Oh, I was going based on her saying that she's been hearing about it for a while and that it shows up in ads on her phone and YouTube recommended a video about it.I think it was recommended to her by someone on Twitter - the give a way was her saying she had been assigned a dedicated 'coach'
Just a reminder, this is what Amber's hair looked like this month two years ago. And it was longer then, and more weighed down.Wow she is really losing her hair fast. I know You read here hamber and you night ignore and roll your eyes at everything else but you are very obviously showing that hair lost now and it's not getting better
Amber was very, very dumb to not take advantage of the free trial. If she isn't just bullshitting that part.Noom offers a two-week introductory period, then costs $150 for a six-month subscription—you must enter your credit card up front to access the intro period. While that works out to $25 per month, you’ll have to pay that $150 up front. You also can’t prorate the program: If you cancel during week 3, it will cut you off immediately and you’ll be out that $150.
Was wondering when she was gonna glom onto this one. Noom seems to advertise a lot on Public radio so figured it might be a while till Amber discovered it.TL;DR she's doing Noom now, which I guess is like Weight Watchers but with more focus on weight-loss psychology. Let's see how long our Queen of Self Reflection will stick with it.
