Would it not still be admissable though? I know the US can have stuff inadmissible, 'fruit of a poisoned tree' 'Miranda rights' and such. But I think that mostly protect against government bodies and servants, not your fellow man.

If it is, it might worth admitting to a lesser crime in order to get absolved for a greater. Plus there seems to exist exceptions for certain non-concensual recordings.

Doesn't matter in the end of course, as Lowtax is probably bluffing.

I actually assumed they might have both spent a large portion of the evening talking to the cops or even in jail since both went radio silent. They didn't stop posting because they thought better of it, it's because the IRL clusterfuck meant they couldn't read or post online. The last remark from Lowtax was about "going to trial"
