Denial isn't just a river in Egypt. Just because someone knows their relationship is on the rocks doesn't mean they're planning to break up. Some people try and salvage that sinking ship until the bitter end and June is clearly one of those people. I'll bet the breakup was either done by Greg or was the result of a fight between them on her birthday.
As for hedging her bets, a lot of women do that sort of thing subconsciously, without careful planning or thought. Thus they try to have their cake and eat it too, trying to save a doomed relationship while also prowling for a replacement to be ready to go when they fail.
Unlike Aydin, Shoe doesn't fuck with her simps. Aydin likes having her ass kissed but Shoe is the opposite. She can't get moist unless the guy is some egotistical douche who will cheat on and ignore her while making it clear his one true love is himself. Vaush fits the bill much better.

I can't remember his name but I remember them in photos of them shooting guns at a gun club. He was one of her biggest paypigs which goes to show that paypigging does sometimes payoff if you're interested in mentally unstable used up e-thots.

In all seriousness this is June's thread. You can go back weeks and months before this breakup and you will see that Greg gets maybe one post every two pages on average. He's boring, he's a leaf, and June has gone into full political sperg mode which is far more entertaining to watch.
I haven't watched an Armoured (seriously, the u doesn't even change the inflection of the word) Skeptic video in three years or so and I probably never will again. He can't have his own thread if he doesn't have at least one dedicated Nyksnottrans user to watch his videos and give the rest of us a tl:dw.
Now then. For June, here are my predictions:
June did not get into politics or bread tubing for monetary reasons. For all the people who claim she is a grifter, I have never believed that. I think that June is genuinely a naive and innocent woman who has gone through the same political awakening and hard left phase at 28 that men go through when they're 14 and women go through in their freshmen year of college. If she didn't drop out of film school, she probably would have felt this way much earlier and gotten jaded like all of us two years ago or so.
Despite people claiming that Greg's channel needed June to thrive, June has been distancing herself from Greg for quite a while. This wasn't the first time they unfollowed each other on Twitter, and even though June has posted a few things about Greg being attractive this year, she has largely stopped with the BDSM talk. The guys in the thread who are talking about June referring to Greg as her dom openly and in public are remembering her from two or three years ago at this point, she's definitely been changing.
I think that without Greg to stabilize her (god damn I cannot believe I actually typed that line), June is going to get more extreme than ever. She is going to crash and burn, not because she is desperate for attention or because she thinks it will get her sympathy or views. She doesn't have much left that is hers, and as I alluded to probably a year ago at this point, I don't think June remembers who she really is anymore. Without Greg, she doesn't have any reason to pay attention to geek culture or nerd shit. She's made maybe one video about geek culture this year and that was the SJW Marvel comic that everyone was talking about. And she's stopped caring so much about feminists, I doubt at this point she would get on Kat Blaque's case over whatever inane bullshit he's talking about these days.
Politics is all she does. And now she's going right down the rabbit hole. I expect Brainlet is going to dissolve and ShoeOnHead is going to become a full political channel where she rants about how all this rioting needs to focus on class more than it has on race, and I do expect she will make a video talking about defunding the police once she's absorbed enough information from Kyle Kulinski to fill ten minutes.
At the same time she is going to be much more tepid than Vaush about it, tempering all her extremist views with jokes and self-deprecating humor to try and appear like she's just being an edgy teen.
The only thing I'm not sure about, and honestly I am rather curious to see, is if June goes back to her old look. She started to get young and cute for Greg, but she had her own style (Brittany Venti described it aptly as 'typical Long Island chick'') and I would like to see her return to that. Including with her old voice.
It was planned - I don't know the motivation behind doing it on her birthday but I think they've been talking about breaking up for about a week.

- Last week, Shoe tells Greg that she is breaking up with him after contemplating it for months due to Greg ignoring her and Vaush coaxing her to dump him
- Greg is fine with it and takes her out of his twitter bio/unfollows her because he's been waiting for this for a while and isn't interested in her. She also took him out of her twitter bio and unfollowed him last week.
- Shoe probably asked him to keep it quiet and not start too much drama about it or write anything because she doesn't want negative attention attached to her and wanted to announce it on her own terms
- Greg is a total attention whore, watched for a whole week how she was replying to Vaush's tweets, sucking up to Vaush, going on stream with him, saw how popular Vaush was getting (basically everything a sperg like Greg wants to achieve)
- Greg feels cucked (he made A LOT of sadposts last week), decides to go back on his promise to keep it quiet, and announces their breakup on HIS terms, on HER birthday, without her knowing

The optimist in me think this could be the thing that finally makes her grow up. All this clout chasing and attention seeking online and where did it get her? All alone on her birthday away from her friends and family. Seems the most well adjusted internet celebrities are those who have a life outside it like James Rolfe. Seems like the way to go. Also June if you're reading this thread you'll never be more happy than when you realise you're not cool, you never will be and it doesn't matter cause high school is over.

That mention of them wanting to move to Colorado is news to me. I thought the plan the whole time was for June to move to Canada and that's why she moved closer to Greg. (Btw I could see her moving back in with her parents now that the marriage isn't going to happen.)
