The EO was vacated by a court, not Trump, on grounds of it being an illegal rewriting of the law. It was vacated so long ago that the EO never went into effect and trannies never had those rights at all. Transgenderism is not a protected class under Title IX of the Civil Rights Act.

What service is being refused? The only thing I'm familiar with is "sex reassignment surgery" which is a freakishly horrifying process promoted by people that are wildly homophobic/misogynistic, in that they often view anyone that doesn't act like their vision of how men and women should behave must not really be men or women.

It reminds me of an old rule with eating at a restaurant; never be a cunt. The section Obama's EO tried to modify specifically redefined sex/gender from biology to whatever you feel like. The Ls, Gs, and Bs were not the target of this change, just the Ts and Qs. This isn't about refusing run-of-the-mill treatments for people, this is about the government not forcing doctors and insurance companies to include "trooning out" in the list of urgent, hippocratic-oath covered medical necessities that they'll dieeeeee without.
