I wonder what the hobbos among them will do now, $10 is nothing for most people, but when you live in a day-to-day basis, $10 bucks can buy you some warm food and new clothes.

So it's been about a week since CHAZ was established. If I'm remembering correctly, Corona-chan has an average gestation about that long. Are we going to see a resurgence of the coof in Seattle?

Not that I'm expecting it to actually happen. We didn't even get a massive second wave out of the George Floyd protest.

Probably. If you look back at other activist groups, including black power groups, there will always be cover-ups and sweeping rapes and abuse under the rug, they guilt the victim into not telling anyone by convincing them it would hurt the cause if they reported it and if that doesn't work intimidation will.
Cults and sects do the same thing, it's often that after it has imploded that victims tell their stories. And remember, white women shouldn't report rapes by poc.

And what are they going to do in the auto zone? Beatings will happen to establish and preserve a hierarchy and the dude on the losing end will shrink back like a chimp. What else can he do? If a woman gets raped by Raz, there's nothing to be done. If someone else does it and they send vegan Jonas to open a line of dialogue for conflict resolution with the rarpist it immediately falls apart if that guy tells him to fuck off or else he's going to make him a fag and he can back that threat up. Unless Jonas can gather a gang of vegan varriors it ends there, might makes right and there's a reason why Raz could just roll in and take over.

Yeah, that's what happens when you set up a movement that drags in every single grievance protester "in solidarity", instead of trying to convert people to your actual cause. This is the same Zone whose first People's Assembly featured a stoned hobo rambling about time travel and Nixon for 10 minutes, because their rules stated they couldn't take the mic away from anyone, especially black people.

I've said it before, but there is a way to organize and focus protests. The Europeans suck at life but they're good at protesting, developing institutions and techniques for this exact reason. Hong Kong protesters did the same mere months ago. Yet the Americans borrow a flag from Euros and some gadgets from HK, without borrowing anything that matters for achieving their end goals.

They only want the trappings of revolution, the catharsis of the experience, and the asspats from the mob.
 
The second the military rolls in every single person is gonna go home and give up and life will continue as normal. That is, if the military finally gets called in.

This is some of the most schizo shit I've ever read, fuck. I love how the last two segments pretty much boil down to "We demand violent racism and segregation return to Seattle." They'll get praised as heroes for it by the media, but swap 'black' with 'white' and every single person involved would be in prison right now.

It's almost as if humans are marginally civilized animals and the use of force is necessary more than anybody wants to admit it. These spectrum jockey larpers, many of whom don't really get how humans work to begin with, seem genuinely shocked that power vacuums attract assholes. Look, that Minneapolis cop deserves every non-consensual colonoscopy coming to him... you kneel on a handcuffed guys neck for over eight fucking minutes while he's clearly in medical distress... well, you earned some goddamn prison time... Whether it's manslaughter or 2nd degree or whatever...

But this idea that a tiny minority of bad actors among police officers warrants the complete abandonment of state sanctioned violence is just crazy-go-nuts. Every profession is going to have bad actors, try to weed them out before hiring them, throw the book at them if they fuck up... but as a species we are many many moons away from a society where nobody will need a big stick to keep the assholes among us in line.
