I would say it's shocking how many antifa/BLM Twitter users I've found that have bragged about looting and destroying the homes of "racist white" or "racist white cops," but it's what I've come to expect.
Regardless of my personal feelings regarding the police (and regardless of the horrors a few of them have brought to my father, let alone strangers I've never met), I would never brag or condone looting and destroying someone else's home. It goes beyond the pale, and I'm always reminded of Sir Thomas More from
A Man For All Seasons: "I would give the Devil the benefit of law." The expectation is that I would receive the benefit of law when I required it. Anyone with a working brain cell understands this idea of reciprocity.
However, this concept seems to elude the young, dumb, and full of cum crowd who are baying for blood all over social media. They seem to think they'll never be behind the eight ball, and that's not only a failing of their parents, but also a failing of the media and politicians who have consistently infantilized and condescended to them: repeating to them that they are entitled to more than their fair share of respect and will get away with bloody murder because they have the correct melanin count and the correct political dogma.
There exists a massive disconnect between this crowd and the rest of humanity. They have been taught that human life is cheap, and talk is even cheaper.
