Y'know what, stuff like this is what makes me appreciate living in Hawaii. It may be an expensive shithole with homeless on par with SanFran but stretched across an entire state and a Blue Dog Democrat stronghold.
But at least there isn't as much Black people here as you'd expect for a US state (almost all Black people here are from the military so that makes their demographic even smaller) and racial tensions aren't exactly that volatile to the point a Minnesota-tier riot can happen. Everyone here is a mutt or a hapa anyways and can hardly tell each other racially. It ain't that great though but at least I feel a small sense of 'gladness' every now and then.
Sure we got Filipinos who are basically the Mexicans of Asia, Micronesians who are also the niggers of the Pacific, etc. but besides that and the occasional fat liberal white woman who claims to have 0.1% Hawaiian blood, it really makes me feel spoiled living here and seeing the racial tension shit on the mainland from the internet to contrast.

This is just tragic, what the black protestors could have accomplished became dashed by rioters. As said by tons of people in the thread earlier, this just makes everyone more polarized.
Its an honest shame too since I know once the protest die down in 6 months, the cop(s) will just get a slap on the wrist and nothing will change, just different sides of america be mad at each other
