Also, I want to know what his $5k expense is, it fascinates him he got away with such high business expenses just by playing vidya games.

I am fine with Paul "winning" the bankruptcy since it means his ego will rise, and when the eventual end comes, his fall from grace will be so much more epic. Plus, a man with such a mentality of "I did nothing wrong, I did everything correct. Also, I am untouchable like Duke Nukem ackackack *snort" will have a huge psychological breakdown when his life crumbles abruptly and quickly.

Honestly, the stress he went through these past few months must have been gut-wrenching for him. From detractors breaking down his financials to "reveal" that he would not get bankruptcy, to trolls calling in his 341 meeting, to a youtube lawyer saying that he is fucking up his bankruptcy and might lose, to the constant interruptions on his streams people asking him about his bankruptcy and potential fraud. All of these things must have had him tossing and turning in his sleep, and psychologically made him a bit unstable to his "family". Paul likes to play it like he was positive that the trolls can't hurt him during the bankruptcy because we are dumbfucks who know nothing. But time and time again Paul proves that otherwise, For instance, in his prestreams he preaches about the trolls trying to ruin his life, that means he is admitting the trolls are ruining his life, otherwise, why mention people who aren't ruining your life. Basically, I see it as him "winning" (again I need to state this, BANKRUPTCY IS NOT A WIN) a battle, but I feel like the trolls are winning the war because he talks about us nonstop, as to defend himself, create lies about his personal life, and the fact he gets irritated by what we do means he is losing. That being said don't "touch the p00p", just talking about is life here, breaking it down with a fine-tooth comb, and not getting angry when he "wins" bankruptcy is more damaging to him than actually fucking with his life.

Its Paul, he will get credit cards because in his mind credit cards are cards that have thousands of dollars all at once that he can pay off slowly. Of course, based on what we saw here with the bankruptcy, Paul doesn't know how to use CCs properly, and based on his streams he thinks the bankruptcy and CC debt are the detractor's fault, thus he thinks his use of CCs is ok. Paul is doom to repeat the past, and it will be glorious when he tries to declare bankruptcy again in a couple of years but can't since it will be too early.

Yes and no. Sure, Phil is better off today as he has saved himself the burden of $130,000 in high interest debt.

But he has traded large debt for a significant increase in financial risk. Most people don't need credit cards, but having good credit benefits you when you run into an unexpected financial emergency.

Imagine Phil suddenly ends up with a serious dental problem that will cost him $10,000 to fix. How is he going to pay for it? No one will give him loans now. If he's lucky he might have $1,000 credit card in 6 months that will gladly charge him 25% interest. So he's stuck in writhing pain because he has no savings and no credit to pull from and will have to beg for days on end to wring the money from his whales.

Any number of bad events could befall him and leave him entirely screwed. His aging WAKahndo could start having major maintenance issues costing him thousands. Bankruptcy isn't a free pass, you get your debt forgiven but you are expected to live frugally and fiscally responsibly due to having no credit lines. Phil has proven he is simply not capable of that so he's eventually going to end up in a worse situation. He'll never save enough money to cover emergency expenses and so the reemergency fundraisers are only a matter of time.

Honestly, it really isn't worth arguing/debating about in either direction. DSP and his true fans are so incredibly invested in the detractor narrative I am absolutely convinced if every true detractor held themselves back from touching anything, one of his fans would step in to make it happen. Most people know when not to take the bait at this point and while there are true autistic haters willing to go the extra distance and try to hurt Phil directly, there's more than enough on Phil's side willing to frame detractors. They are just an easy target to frame. It really does seem in the past 2-3 years, whenever there seemed to be restraint from the detractors and Phil's narrative was gonna fall flat or be proven a lie, ONE person steps out and ruins it.

Fact is, we don't know what Nancy received email wise, she could have gotten 1-2 emails with very detailed, well thought out arguments of why Phil's filing was fraudulent, then immediately after the 341 meeting, when it looked like she was onto him, she got flooded by a thousand emails from phil fans screaming at her.
