I think we finally realize why Nick runs a "small law firm in a small town in central Minnesota" and not in Minneapolis like any decent lawyer worth their salt would be. The reality is he probably graduated at the bottom of the class in a shitty law school and took what he could get. It's been basically a string of cope's since last summer. These things drag out for years but it's not looking good, but Nick tries to spin every week in a way that makes it seem like Vic and Ty havn't completely fucked this up with repeated blunders.
I'm not taking any joy in saying this, by the way. Vic got screwed and if there was any justice he'd be winning this handily, but Ty has been pretty shitty and Nicks takes have just been spins on the situation.
