You know the Star Trek TNG episode where they come across an entire planet burnt to ash, except for one single house? That's the gout part of Phil's building if the Russians nuke Seattle.

Detractorbros gotta now declare an unconditional surrender, oh no!

People are shocked that Phil pulled away in the end? He always does. He will keep going until he physically no longer can. This is how it's been and always will be.

Also bugged court mechanics, nothing they could do.

How?
How do you this?
I wanna get a law degree on credit and file bankruptcy and then represent myself and get rid of my debt and then put that on my resume.

If I was Phil, I'd be buying every single scratch off ticket from here to Japan because his luck is amazing.

How in the hell do you discharge 500k in credit card debt?

Phil has 500k total debt. The CCs make up only about a fifth of his debt total.

The major sources of debt (mortgage, etc) haven't changed besides the one mortgage that was getting foreclosed on anyways.

This doesn't actually do a TON to help Phil besides the CC debt getting cleared up, which was probably approaching uncollectable anyways since the banks milked him for years.

Phil's keeping the condo. Its his primary residence and not really that nice, especially for Seattle. Nobody's evicting his dumbass from a mortgage he still owes 3/4 of and has consistently been paying.

Just saw the front page. How, how on God's earth?

Did Phil really have all CC debit discharged?

If so, something outright divine and holy is protecting him. This pigroach luck goes beyond anything I've seen one man have.

Dear Leader should delight in these frontpage/headers getting clicks where he likes, it's better clickbait than anything the WSJ can come up with

Going to whale in a few mobile games since they're consequence-free atm. Leaderboards are suddenly all I can think about!
