This is something I'd got quite curious about myself. So far as I know, there is a handful which meet your loose criteria, but I decided to check. Though I'd add one critiera of my own: "Has literally any backing evidence whatsoever". With this, we have four possible results; That they pass the critieria and can be considered at the very least to be 'credible' in that there is some reason to believe they might be true (The kavanaugh standard), they fail in that they fail to present a reason beyond the accusation itself, they recant which means they have publically said something which gives reason to dismiss it, or they are a god damn liar and have been proven to be so or that the viewer has damn good reason to draw that conclusion.
Jessica Leads: Claims he groped her on a plane, no evidence provided, no timeslot confirmation, no motive either, at least one person (of... dubious quality) saying no. FAIL
Kristin Anderson: Says he literally grabbed her by the pussy. No evidence provided at all. FAIL
Jill Harth: RECANTED... sorta. She passed a settlement for him, and dated him after, and while he publicly stands by it, well...
Cathy Heller: Claims he assaulted her, in public, in front of her family. Also, said family was in a legal dispute with Trump. LIAR
Temple Taggart McDowell: Claims Trump kissed her on the lips in public. Trump, a known germaphobe. She also declined all interview requests. FAIL
Karena Virginia: Claims he publically groped her... basically out of nowhere. No evidence provided. FAIL
Bridget Sullivan: Claims he walked backstage during Miss Universe while the models were naked. There is video of him saying he does. PASS
Tasha Dixon: Same as the above really, claims no individual assault like the above. PASS
Mindy McGillivray: Claims Trump grabbed her ass. Claims to have a witness, literally everyone discredits him. LIAR
Rachel Crooks: Her name is a giveaway. Literally paid to make shit up. LIAR
Natasha Stoynoff: Claims Trump assaulted her, until his butler came in. Literally everyone refutes, later 'found' people to claim that those refutations are lies... LIAR
Jennifer Murphy: This is a weird one, claims to be Pro Trump and claims a kiss by him out of nowhere. I'd say fail, due to lack of evidence. FAIL
Jessica Drake: Claims he forcibly kissed her and 2 other women. Refuses to name the women. Refuses to speak to media. FAIL
Ninni Laaksonen: Claims Trump grabbed her butt, no evidence provided. FAIL
Summer Zervos: It lacks anything beyond being able to point to a timeslot it could have happened, but that is still more than most, and it has not been recanted or refuted. PASS
Cassandra Searles: Posted, and deleted, a claim he grabbed her ass and treated beauty contestants as cattle. Refused any media. FAIL
E. Jean. Carroll: LIAR. Radfem, claims he actually sexually assaulted and attempted rape... in a book titled "What Do We Need Men For", provides no evidence, her 'witnesses' don't exist, and she is one homely as fuck woman.
While there are more, every single one would Fail due to total lack of evidence, specifically I found 8 additional names, but the 17 above are the ones picked for "The best cases against Trump", which should tell you something when they have Carroll in that list....

There's probably some George Costanza level shit going on with Biden and this Tara Reade thing, where he's saying he never harrassed Tara Reade, but in his lucid moments he and everyone around him are using photos of the actress Tara Reid. I really wouldn't put it past them also try to lie detector this shit with that same reasoning and spread the results as the truth, open and shut why doesn't Drumpf take a lie detector????

That was basically Joseph McCarthy's 'Achilles heel'.
While he was correct that the Soviet Union at the time did infiltrated the U.S. to try to then sabotage it from the inside (it was the Cold War where both the U.S. and the Soviet Union sent in spies to try to screw each other) what would be the end of his political career was him attacking the U.S military and claming that it was filled to the brim with communists and homosexuals. That was then the moment the general public realized he was nothing but a lolcow and no one took him seriously ever since and Joseph McCarthy drank himself to death later on.

Why does "minority" always waver back and forth between meaning racial minority and sexual/racial/religious minority? I suppose it is for the convenience of people using the terms to get what they want, but it seems strange to me that sexual and religious minorities only count sometimes. Oh well, intersectional politics aren't ever consistent anyways.

The Casinos went into chapter 11 Bankruptcy as debt restructuring deal. The bankruptcy was discharged by giving the creditors a larger stake in the casinos - something you're not going to take on if the business is failing.
This is a common business shell game. In short: When you get a stake in a business like a casino, you are potentially on the hook for debts that match your share. To get around this, you make your stake low but your repayment turns exorbitant. One of two things happen:
1) The business does well. You renegotiate the debt for a larger stake in the project. As a bonus you now have a loss you write down on your taxes.
2) The business tanks. You get whatever you can out of the rotting corpse (or at least have limited losses) and write down the loss.

It’ll be more like Independents realize the Democratic Party is unironically a cult and either vote for Trump or stay home come election day. What sort of good optics is shitting on a sexual assault victim that has evidence and also saying “Joe Biden may be a rapist, but at least he isn’t ORANGE MAN”. I used a bad analogy then. I believed he targeted Hollywood. Targeting the military is stupid. You’re not likely to find “American Commies” there unless they’re actual spies. The current crop of woke communists hoping for America’s downfall hate the Armed Forces and want it destroyed. Hollywood is teeming with them and I have little problem believing the State Department has it’s share of them.
Back to the original point though we’re likely to continue to see Americans promoting America’s enemies for a long time to come. I believe this is part of what fuels TDS. Trump doesn’t give a fuck and says what he wants. He calls out China, Russia and even our “allies” who often work against us. Contrast that with Hope and Changes apology tour.
