To this day I'm convinced that Phil's unexplained immediate jump to the Mossberg to fight The End was because he was reading a guide (or was handheld behind the scenes). I believe this because there's a guide on GameFAQs which specifically suggests the shotgun for The End because it allows you to hold him up to get his camo, which is a somewhat-broken piece of kit in that it has a good index for most environments and causes Snake's stamina to recharge while it's being worn. I know about this because way back when I played MGS3 that was the guide I wound up using; it states that The End won't respond to being held up with weak guns and that the shotgun is the best weapon to use for this purpose. Phil being Phil of course he couldn't put this advice to use because he turned out to be too inept to ever get close enough to The End to hold him up. :lol:

FYI this turns out not to be necessary if I recall. He needs to be held up multiple times before he'll cough up the camo but any firearm will work when doing so.

I was like 'oh this is suppose to be a sniper battle lol let's try something random so I equipped the shotgun..*sigh* and pwdubz just cheered saying that apparently this is like a super rare cryptic thing...huh..never knew that..that's kind of cool..cause yeah I was just mashing buttons and being stupid-actually I take that back. Back in the day I used to be a HUGE MGS fan. I remember cause they only made them exclusively for Playstation and I played every game. Used to play that shit with Rambo all the fucking time dood. Like just staying up all night, in bed, just playing games and having fun. So I must've subconsciously remembered that part..huh that's weird...hang on a sec..MSX? Wtf the are you guys even talking about? People in chat are going on about something called MSX? Wtf is that? Listen seriously, if this is some troll or detractor meme I'm gonna ban your ass. You can't just type random fucking letters and expect me to instantly know what they fuck you're talking...oh apparently they made a MGS game for some console called MSX..okayyyy....that's fucking great except that literally has nothing to do with what I'm talking about right now or the game I'm playing at the moment. You're talking about some bullshit from like a 100 years ago that's not even pertinent or relevant in any way. So thanks for derailing the stream and wasting everyone's time. Enjoy that nice banhammer right up your ass ack ack ack.

Two decades ago. And it's literally the Al Bundy "I scored 4 TDs in high school once" idea that is a stereotype because people haven't accomplished shit in their entire adult lives.

Same thing with "I used to be a bodybuilder in high school/college" and bench pressed 365 for reps!"

He literally was his high school's valedictorian in the year he graduated.

I've gotten in contact with someone with the Notre Dame of Fairfield. They cannot get me the records of who the valedictorians for 2000 until the school opens in a couple weeks. How much you want to bet Phil was not valedictorian like he has claimed?

It took me 2 months to get an answer. They did not want to tell me because I did not go to the school. I had to give them an excuse to get the information.

Sadly, Phillips Burnell is listed as the valedictorian of their class of 2000.

It was just as unbelievable to me, especially since he stated in a King of Hate segment that he quit trying in school by 11th grade and did not get straight A' s. As has been stated, this school focuses on sports more than academics so that is one factor.

Second, this school is rated as one of the most "diverse" and you can take that for what it is. I don't have any demographics, but if there was a high percentage of students who had English as a second language it would give Phil an advantage.

This was a Catholic school. As far as I know, science is taught differently in religious schools as opposed to public schools. I'm sure I'm over exaggerating, but couldn't you just answer any test question with some variant of "because God said so".

I also have a personal theory that Phil's parents did a good portion of his schoolwork for him. We have Phil's testimony to go by, but his parents allegedly went to the school to get him less homework. Daddy got him the helicopter job. They give him birthday and Christmas money to this day. They seem to have an unusual relationship with their son and I wouldn't be surprised if little Phil cried "I can't do it" and mommy and daddy did it for him.

Another example of his high school being poor is when he went to college. He took a computer class and flunked out. He blamed his high school for never teaching him how to use a computer. This is conflicting with Phil's claim that computers was his favorite subject in school.

Yes. *If* the 50 vest streak is hit tonight, he will do something to celebrate. Of course, in true Phil fashion, someone else is creating the reward for the vest streak that Phil has completely profited from. I recall him saying the time/day of the celebration all depends on when this other person finishes with their project.

I got academic honors throughout high school and if you've read all my posts here you know I'm a fucking idiot. Those awards don't mean shit.
