OMG - those stairs! She's screwed. I'm wondering if the ground level, (other than the stairs), isn't a garage? Luxury my ass - tiny bit of PL - she has the same fridge/stove I do & they're generally bulk sold to landlords - KitchenAid brand but not the high end KitchenAid...LOL. My apartment is in the class called "Basic/Decent" - certainly no more than that. Closet doors, hardware & fixtures - not a whiff of luxury there but if she's coming from a place that had cockroaches - anything would seem like a huge upgrade. That kitchen light is right out of the 80s.
That has to be 1 of the smallest, tightest townhouses I've ever seen. There's not a lot of closet or storage space. Chantal will fill up most of the free space & I suspect Peetz will be piling on the pounds as well.
I can't get past the stairs. She is quickly going to turn into even more of a screeching harpy, insisting Peetz bring her food beause she's too tired, sore; whatever.

Fuck you chantal for not filming yourself going up the stairs. I was really looking forward to that. 
This looks like the worst possible place for her (and hilarious for us). Not only the stairs but there's carpet everywhere. She's gross, hates cleaning and has 2 cats. The fart stench that carpet will absorb over the next few months will make the pizza delivery guy pass out.
