Lighting, make-up, and photoshop can make anyone look attractive and passable. The entire beauty industry is built on this lie and so is this twitter account. This person doesn't have any visible mastectomy scars in any photo. I've never seen a breast removal without them. The chest still looks weird in almost every photo, something about it is off- it looks like lumpy dough and the way it pinches in, in some poses gives away that something is weird/wrong there. Every photo they have up is professional shot and lit. There's no photos of them next to a real man either, so you've got nothing to compare them too scale wise. I have the sneaking suspicion judging by the look the the heels they're wearing in some photos that they might have been a taller woman to start with.
In the most recent photoset they posted if you zoom in on the beard though you can tell it's been edited.
The only thing they have going for them is they clearly put in the work to slim down and build up their arms. The may have been taller to begin with and they've probably had additional plastic surgery as well but in some photos the face is still very female even with the beard.
Most FTM look terrible because they think they'll magically become a male model once they start testosterone, instead they look like the Pillsbury dough boy rolled across the floor of a house with multiple cats.
