"Reddit itself has had evidence for years", and why isn't this alleged evidence made public? Who assembled this alleged evidence? Bardfinn himself of course, who has openly admitted he has been non-consensually mass-tawling and profiling Reddit users "for years" - almost certainly in violation of EU laws that prohibit the data-mining and profiling of EU internet users without prior consent given.
It wouldn't be good for Reddit if the EU got the idea the company was in violation of GDPR. They really love levying gigantic fines against American companies for this shit, with fines of €20 million or 4% of GLOBAL turnover, whichever is larger.
