Also, Marianne Miller has worked for NYAV Post as a scriptwriter for their dubs in the past, most notably for the Gundam Seed redub.

That name rings a bell for me because Marianne is the voice of Enkidu in Fate. Didn't know he could be involved in this entire debacle. If anything, it seems nothing is guaranteed, I guess.

RWBY isn't good. It started out as decent for the first couple seasons (it had flaws and was a bit rough around the edges but it was new and experimental and had passion behind it). Then the creator Monty Oum died and after that the show went on a sharp downward spiral that it never recovered from. Season 3 onward have been complete garbage and it's just gotten worse. I say if you want to watch RWBY only watch Volumes 1 and 2.

This might be worth keeping tabs on because of Michael's connections. I don't think he's involved with this #kickvic shit, but he's far more important to the industry than Mignogna is. Sinterniklaas is a voice actor and a voice director who owns the studio where the dubs for a lot of popular anime movies and new Gundam are recorded at. Stephanie Sheh works for him.

The list he's talking about in that tweet is something ANN's writers concocted. It was a response to one of their own big names in the SJWeaboo sphere getting outed as a sex pest. I viewed the list as them changing the conversation away from their relationship with Hazukari/Dylan Kielman. Justin's comment about how there are people worse than Mignogna that ANN won't go after (along with this) suggests they're not doing it for altruistic reasons. Broly reminded people Vic was around and given the drama in his history, he was perfect.

ANN has unpersoned Hazukari, deleting every article he wrote for them. However, they've yet to publish anything about the accusations against him. If they've publicly unpersoned him, that means they believe the stories. It's not because he's a no one, they've reported on literally whos in the past. One of their writers is outed but all the coverage is limited to their personal Twitter accounts. Is admitting that one of your own is a sex pest not good for advertisers? Did they think it wouldn't make a good story?

Months later, Anime News Network has yet to publish anything about the accusations against their former writer Hazukari/Dylan Kielman or friend of the site Michael Sinterniklaas.
