Note that she hangs part of one foot over the side of the scale. She's not standing on it square, in order to shave off some pounds.

Also, that is a lot more than one ounce of cheese. One ounce would be one cubic inch. That slab is obviously much bigger than that. Yet she logged it into MFP as 1 ounce.

She didn't touch that plate of yellow food. Not a chance. Okay, I'm sure she dug into those two chicken legs, as well as the third one that was "for Bibi," likely a fourth, and quite possibly a fifth. And I have no doubt she ate that finger-sized piece of cheese in one chomp, and then continued gnawing away on the brick itself. But I don't think that spaghetti squash went anywhere except into the garbage bin, and an UberEats delivery was on its way; hence the rushed nature of this video.

Her face also looks more bloated than ever. Must be all the sodium from the fast-food diet that's really working for her.

According to this calculator if she weighs 450 pounds at 5 foot 2 (don't know her exact height, but she's short) she could lose weight by eating 2718 calories and staying sedentary.

If she's around that weight, which would not surprise me, her BMI is 82.2 "Super morbidly obese" starts at a BMI of 50, "Extreme super morbidly obese" starts at 60, "Triple obesity" starts at 65, and nothing seems to be charted after that. Maybe Chintal can create a new term for her fatness, if she doesn't need a triple bypass first.

My guess is she gave in and went full-on binge. Doesn't want to calculate her calories or keep herself accountable anymore (not like she ever has). If she did give in to the binge, she'll end up blaming it on receiving so much negativity.
 
She was full-on smug Cuntal. Thankfully it was only 10 minutes. The way she speaks when she's smug and when she attempts to talk about beauty or does reviews is really annoying. Not only does she put on that coy, schoolgirl-like voice, she also enunciates words differently. She almost makes me MATI.

By the way, eating 3 times a day McDonald's isn't binging. It's called being a lazy, gluttonous, fat asshole.

That video was nearly three years ago and now she’s just a depressing husk. Annoying as the video is, she had liveliness to her attitude in that video that wasn’t her just being angry. The only time she’s that energetic now is when she’s having a meltdown. To see what her life went from in about three years is grim. Chantal never looks like she enjoys anything in life now, except food.
Starting YouTube/continuing it was a bad move and it’s become a toxic relationship for her that she keeps coming back to because she has nowhere else to go and won’t work, but she also has no one else to blame but herself.

Within three years:

-Bibi left her
-She reached her highest weight
-Psych “emerg”
-Nearly socially isolated
-Hysterectomy
-Infertile
-Remaining friends drifted away almost entirely
-Moving back in with the cuck ex she cheated on
-Blood clots
-Pre-diabetic, etc.

She’s hit rock bottom too many times, but that won’t stop her from bringing a pickaxe to it every single time to make it deeper. Can’t pity her though.

Edit: On a quick side note: I’ve noticed that despite her filtering comments one by one on her own, she’ll still willingly allow some comments through that are a direct insult at ALR, even though she acts like they’re allies and always makes it a point to say how pathetic people are for commenting said insults.
