Okay, so, having done this shit for a living at one point:

- He didn't put any performance-related parameters into his audition notice. So yeah, he asked for skype and a decent mic... but he didn't say if he was accepting male AND female applicants, what age the character was, if he will accept non-American accents, if the character is pre- or post-pubescent. Those all majorly affect who can audition.

- Of course, he hasn't given any characterisation. It need only be brief, like 'Timmy is an eight-year-old boy with an annoying family and a big imagination. He's bright and inquisitive and longs to explore the world outside his backyard but his overprotective mother won't let him. He also has to contend with a bratty older sister and a strange dad who's always testing out his latest inventions on him.' I just pulled that out of my ass, I don't know anything about his show so I just wrote it off the top of my head but that's the sort of shit you get.

- 'not serious enough' is not legitimate critique. You need to give people feedback they can actually work with if you want them to come back and audition again.

He seems like the type who has a very exact idea of the character in his head and would ideally like to voice him himself but can't, so he'll just hold everyone to ridiculous and secret standards instead.

Remember the fanfic critic's site where people would post their videos? I don't know if it's still running. I actually only know of the site through reputation alone.

Anyways, the people there were only there because they couldn't get onto another site (like TGWG) and settled for her site.

I think that most of the people trying to get involved don't care that the cartoon isn't very good. They just want to be involved with a cartoon, and this one has open auditions.

I'm sure some of the people involved want to get involved with MrEnter period. Little do they know they might have little contact with him and have to do much work for the job.

None of the auditions I've found are particularly noteworthy or cringey aside from one girl whose audio was lower than a whisper for some reason.
 
SammyClassicSonicFan seems like a good candidate for Timmy's new VA. Oh, what a soothing voice.
 
In which, several grown men attempt to make themselves sound like the children they act like.
 
He sounds eerily like Enter. Especially the "OH" at :22.
I read the lines and I can barely understand what he's saying.

Also I think my favorite part of these auditions are how many people are straight up ignoring the "please have a good microphone" comment.
