I thought his last video was alright. Better than his usual content. He should lean into this sort of stuff. People see him as a pathetic, fat sadsack who constantly keeps digging himself into deeper holes, so why not make that his intentional online identity? He's never going to be the viewed as the 'Mr Rogers of the internet' again and pretty much everyone aside from his dwindling fanbase hates him.
"Fat, self deprecating loser who's aware of how much he sucks" might be a good way for him to reinvent himself. He needs to ditch the whole 'I'm a nice, great guy! I swear!' shtick and just embrace how much of a shithead he really is.
