It really wasn't well meaning. Shannon had gone on a rant about "where I was raised, if you knew something wrong was happening, you spoke up!"

Funny how he didn't bitch Miles Luna out over the problems that Gray Haddock caused. (I believe there is a backwards compatible where Miles talks about the situation with the animators in 2018.)

Or that some how no one at Rooster Teeth knew Michael Quinn was a raging alcoholic who beat his wife.

Or any of the other random asshole behavior that is probably common place at Rooster Teeth.

I feel sorry for the poor saps that pay to see her based on how she looks in that photo. They are going to be greatly disappointed. Also, I love how the negative comments about her have more likes than the positive comments. No matter where you look, you can see which side holds far more support.
