Funnily enough, that's why a lot of the dentists that replace entire dentures make sure that they don't look too perfect, as that screams fake and, as you say, clashes with the rest of the face, and make sure that they still look natural but not bad. Like when a normal person actually takes care of their teeth.

Part of the problem is that he still hasn't learned to actually smile, he's doing the awkward pageant fake smile to show off his new fake as fuck teeth, but even if they looked more natural the rest of his face and eyes can only hit sadness, sometimes neutral.
