I hope you're all reading the comments on the YouTube upload of Faking Bad!
It's great especially because the Youtube comments were usually quite A-loggy towards him. Now everyone is kissing his ass. :ween:
EDIT: also, this one from Jan is brilliant.

No, but I do understand just a little bit about the standards and practices of networks, since I had to sign a billion rights agreements for AMC to promote my org on their network.

I think they probably take different things into consideration on Adult Swim at 4 A.M and a major network promoting a charity.

What I am taking into consideration is what I read, and the language used in the standard contracts I signed. Time Warner is the parent of adult swim. It would be their policies.

I said that I doubt this theory andr why. It is an opinion..... Like all the other opinions.

I wager Jan et al. are quite sad about this. I imagine this was a large part of their lives and they grew very attached to their characters, even more than us autists did.
They probably are, but they never denied that Jan was Jace. I'm guessing with adult swim/Wupocalypse hitting the internet news sites/etc, they were just waiting for someone to organically connect the dots... If they didn't want people to figure this out, it wouldn't have been very hard at all to hide. They actually never even denied it when asked about it, so I'm guessing there's something even bigger going down that required Jace to have his cover blown to complete (Wupocalypse Phase III?)
:jaceknife: :tycesuit::eli2:
imagine the triple threat tactical strike that's on its way.

This was all in Commander Strykers plan to make 10 million dollars.

In other news I'm still comparing him to Eric Cartman.

In the finale, I want to see a giant present show up in front of Jace's house and inside is Eli alive and well.

"S'up Daily Teeeeens!"

I'd love to see the face of the huge weens (like woody chan) right now.

Actually, judging from the comments from Jan as well as the implication of using that Breaking Bad clip, Deagle Nation isn't going away.

Also in those comments, it seems they've been among us the whole time. Anybody seen Deagledad lately?

We can change the thread title, methinks, now that MDE's come out and established Deagle Nation was never actually real to begin with.
We all know what this means too right? Expect Jan to be added to the same shitlist you can find Hotwheels on. inb4 John Flynt writes an article calling for #obeme to arrest Jace Connors for embarrassing him.

"PRESIDENT OBAMA, ARREST THIS MAN WHO DOESN'T ACTUALLY EXIST"

I'd imagine there was a little trepidation towards the reveal, assuming the reveal was intentional.

The funniest thing about this whole situation is that we're probably the only demographic who would ever fall for a :ruse: like this. I mean, if you showed some of Deagle Nation's craziest moments to the average person on the street, they'd think it would have to be fake, because no real person could be as insane as that, surely? But we inhabit the world of CWC and Marijan and Brad Watson - coming at it from that angle, the idea that a few dumb stoners could get together and enable each other's delusions in bizarre directions seems pretty pedestrian by comparison. And now for once that jaded internet-veteran approach has taken us all to completely the wrong conclusion. I got nothing to say about this really, I just think it's super interesting.

I don't know why anyone would be upset or sad about being "rused". I'm happy to have been entertained. You can't really take anything on the internet, least of all here, at face value. If you don't want to deal with that ambiguity, you shouldn't be here to begin with. Ultimately, the way someone presents himself to the world is never unambiguously "fake" or "real".

Look at it this way: this is collaborative theater. Everyone who called on Skype, participated in stream chat, made fan art, flashed their dick, sperged on the forum, baited Jace on Twitter, etc. is also an essential performer in the Deagle Nation saga. Jace always gave the fans a lot of credit, and that's really where the bulk of the content ultimately came from.

I'd always kind of thought that if this were a ruse, Deagledad would have to be in on it. He promoted the story, curated the content, steered the discussion in a constructive direction, and apparently also planted False Flag Facts on this site dude, by quelling any rumors that it wasn't totally legit. One thing this explains is why he was so consistently amoral about everything, and why he didn't discourage trolling. It's not tormenting a mentally ill man so much as it's an essential part of the fun.

And the sunglasses also make a hell of a lot of sense. It's much easier to not obviously break character when no one can see your eyes. And the cover story for them is great too.

Anyway, I don't think this has to be the end of anything. All involved did a great job. I shall forever press :1:.
