Lemon tried to nail Slatosch for perjury because his affidavit contradicted Ron’s. Do folks honestly think he wouldn’t beat war drums if he thought Vic was committing perjury?

Vic has lots of people in and out of the industry who are massively better respected than the people against him. Shane is still trying to pretend @EriMin doesn't exist though, I see. He must be jealous that Kiwi Farms treats her nicely when she comes to visit, and doesn't understand that's mostly because she's relaxed and hasn't admitted to assaulting girls, grooming children, and doesn't have more than one Kiwi dropping hints about terrible - possibly illegal - behavior on the conscene that got him fired from his previous positions and almost sued.



Worth noting that I believe Stan and Erica are also his friends, it just seems they maybe weren't aware of the situation going down until they were dragged into it.

I cant blame our girl @EriMin here for not getting involved sooner. Not only is she in Japan and was probably not wanting to get involved with that funi shit in America(or American shit in general), but, and please feel free to correct me Erica, I get the impression her and vic might have had a more professional relationship and perhaps an acquaintanceship more than a friendship, and thus contact might have been on a more monthly or yearly level rather than on a regular basis.

KF have most definitely been most hospitable towards me since my arrival and I appreciate it greatly.

As to my apparent delayed entry into the fray, it’s not as delayed as it appears to you folks.

I’d been following it since I heard the rumblings start in February. But for me, this wasn’t something to be alarmed over. This wasn’t the first time someone had stirred the rumor pot, especially when Vic had something big coming out. Most notably, there was an insane ruckus raised when he was announced as that shark guy in Free! The same rumors circulated then as they did this time, though the medium was Tumblr, not Twitter.

In the past there have been a few people who have actively gone after these rumors, questioning their origins, countering where outright lies cropped up, and generally putting out these peoples attempts to spread rumors and lies as truths. In fact, you Kiwis hit upon one such instance when you analyzed that monster Tumblr thread. It was in regards to a rumor stating Vic was in a pool with con goers at ColossalCon, 2014 I believe. Of course, that post was a bold faced lie, and one of those ‘firefighters ‘ jumped right on it.

So, when all this flared up in February I assumed the same would happen this time: rumors dispelled and fires fought. Of course, we all know that’s not how it went down. I contacted both Vic and Todd about it, offering my support.

When Funi and RT fired Vic my FaceBook messenger was FLOODED with messages from con staff, con runners, acquaintances, and even some mutual friends asking me about it. I imagine he’d be even more heartbroken if he knew who contacted me and what was said by some of them. Anyways, I did my best to defend where I could and let those people know not to believe the nasty rumors going around from the folks online.

I didn’t have anything to say about Rial and Marchi as I had no first hand knowledge about those situations. I only repeated that the actions they described did not match up the the actions of the Vic that I know.

The only social media that I was active on prior to all of this was FaceBook and Instagram. So, make no mistake, I have been involved since the beginning, just not where yall could see.

And I’d say that, although your description of me as only contacting him from time to time is accurate, the frequency of contact doesn’t dictate the depth of a friendship. I have been, and always shall be, his friend.

I am sorry if what I said came out insulting. I did not know much about vic(except that I thought he was gay and that he was a bit of a drama queen because of rumors), or the con scene in general, until all this has kicked off.

Oh and his singing opening of the DBGT theme, which is way better than whatever that weird rap thing was suppose to be for GT.

From everything I can see in the docket nobody except lawyers ever even appeared in court over it. It was filed in Texas, immediately got bogged down for months in arguments about whether to move it to Tennessee, then settled.

I definitely watch his streams and have been from the start, along with Deep Humor, Yellow Flash, and Hero Hei’s streams. As for Nick’s show well, one can not go where one has not been invited. It’s a bit gouache to ASK to be on someone’s show, don’t you think? Lol.
In all seriousness though, I feel so much gratitude to Nick for what he’s done. I mean I know he’s rolling in the bucks in the process but, unlike some out there, I don’t believe that the fact that he’s making money off of this diminishes the incredible work he’s done in giving Vic a fighting chance; in giving Vic’s fans a way to help; and in being a rallying point for people of varying interests to come together at and fight back against this brigading .

Vic was asked about Discord during his deposition. He said that he didn't know what that was, but did say that he did a "group chat" with fans. He either uses it without knowing what it's called, was instructed to say that doesn't know what it is or his mom interacts with fans on his behalf.
