Victor Mignogna v. Funimation Productions, LLC, et al. (2019) - Vic's lawsuit against Funimation, VAs, and others, for over a million dollars.

Well since they aren't sperging about a dollar amount, my guess is that Chupp (for once) did not rule from the bench.
I find it hilarious if Lemwhaaa spent time bitching about Rekieta. If he was Vic's agent claimed , then subpoena and depose him, you yellow bitch. Prove it!!!!
Glad he is so ass chapped that he wasted Chupps time on irrelevant bullshit.

Well they did waste a lot of time and money trying to look up shield laws, and how to try and get Nick already haha.

Of course they tried to redact it, and hide it from Chupp

What a scam artist. Trying to charge something like $10K for not even serving a subpoena that would have been obviously frivolous even if it were served.

I mean... given the TCPA hearing. I'm kinda shocked it DIDN'T. Or at least has not YET.

Lemoine getting to take the stage means his idiocy can be on full display as he tries to explain his reasoning for being that much of an idiot. There's nobody he can hide behind or have speak for him.

The stage was his and he wasted it crying about Nick.

As we saw from his filing, he mentioned Nick more than Vic, and even attached and brought up the last will, and testament of Nick's grandfather, and his connection to BHBC.

He's pure scum, and has lied multiple times to the court; never mind trying to hide perjury by trying to redact parts also. Now according to the spednaught, spend an age talking about Nick to Chupp again.

I hope Chupp did something, even remotely smart, and demanded unredacted billing.

Lemoine also says "Alleged Lawyer" when you can literally Google his damn name and find he's got a bar license in 2 seconds. Apparently all that research was worthless.

I cannot imagine how much LemonAids is annoying for judges (or just people in general) while presenting arguments. Imagine listening to that voice while constantly seeing this face project such exasperating sounds:

He's the definition of what a "behind the scenes" lawyer should be. :story:

How much money will it be if Chupp completely disregards the "research" on Nick rekieta, someone who had NOTHING TO DO with the case?

There's a lot to disregard besides that; random calls, emails, and other details about bankruptcy; and more.

They used block billing, aka lump a bunch of shit together, and claim it's a single thing. When in fact 1/8 mightactually only be relevant to the TCPA case.

So it depends on if Chupp is actually going to do his job.

Hell there's perjury in the record, and the lawyers did also sign under oath that the billing is correct, and reasonable for the TCPA.

No, I say let him be front and center.
Monica will have to pay for it either way.

Chupp's a personal injury lawyer, so chopping up bullshit to find the real expenses is probably something he's good at.

Also, I still find it hilarious that Lemwaaah actually brought up Nick. How much of that is J Sean "I want to hate my opposition" Lemoine, and how much is assblasted MoRon. If Nick was able to matador Lemwaaah with his giant red nose and alcohol-aided rants, I think he's done plenty to help Vic, not even counting the GFM.

From what I've seen of Chupp, I doubt he'll do anything really. He doesn't want to do work, and might just waive it through and let the appeals court deal with this as well.
