Back in August, Lemoine made several tweets talking about the things he had done in this case. In one of the tweets, he essentially took credit for Habas Dibbsies and said that the other side had no clue that he had been sitting on the sidelines until it was time for the deposition.
Casey might've been fronting for Lemoine for a while.

Perez' boyfriend works for Lemoine's law firm. They probably asked him for pointers before bringing him in an official capacity.

Why is he furiously jerking himself off on twitter? And why does he think incredibly embarrassing, dumb things like this are worth patting himself on the back over? Forcing depositions before TCPA in the desperate hope to defame Vic (now proof that they planned to depose him and then instantly file TCPA, since Lemoinhead planned it) just made his own clients look bad, and caused them to perjure themselves. Had he immediately filed TCPA instead, they wouldn't have hurt themselves with those depos, nor made Nick money hand over fist.
I guess this is more evidence that Casey was just a normal lawyer in over his head.

I can respect a guy who has self confidence, and I'm not gonna disparage the work it took to get a law license. That being said those tweets were some of the most disgusting, self congratulating, masturbatory bullshit I've read in a while. The way he describes himself coming in like Superman from halfway across the globe, how no one saw him coming. He must make these tweets to substitute for masturbating, because we all know that he can't even get hard without going into cardiac arrest. Thank God that mosquito was there, if Lemon head can't have sex that greatly reduced the chance of offspring. Now if only there was a second mosquito...

Plot twist: Lemony controls the whole dub industry via sympathy and tweeter dollars. He forced everyone to cancel Vic via "me too!" tactics because he found Vic's mosquito song and got pissed.
In all seriousness though, does the court system not have some sort of system that keeps lawyers from pulling shit such as sending judges suggestions to skirt motion filing? Isn't it unlawful to try and influence a judges actions outside of court procedure? If not, there should be some sort of system barring such actions.

Was he, though? I mean, let's take Lemoine at face value here: Lemoine was the one behind the scenes calling the shots. Ron and Monica were listening to him over Casey and Andrea, and so they were telling Casey to do what Lemoine said. That means everything Casey did was at the direction of Lemoine. It stands to reason that if this is the case, none of this was Casey's decision, he had to play the cards dealt to him. That also explains why he's no longer doing a damn thing: he either said he was done tarnishing his reputation to protect Lemoine's (because Lemoine knew all this shit would ruin someone's reputation) or Ron and Monica figured this was the better option.

Well. There hasn't been a lack of projection coming from the KV side to put it that way. It would be the most likely explanation. And explain the irrational paranoia and weird obsession he has with Nick. It's at the point where it is a little weird. Crossed a line somewhere way back when, and he just decided to keep going with it rather back up and go 'well, lets get to this when we get to it'. Instead it's been a part of every filing he had. Trying to pull Nick in.....

You're missing the key part where you leverage a career of failing upwards into enough social influence to make sure that claim reaches thousands of idiots before it reaches one sane person and the damage can't be undone.
