Yeah, but it's an overlay with transparencies, a PNG. So Nick sets that as the top layer of his Streamlabs, then he takes the chat window and resizes it to fit into the bottom right, and he accidentally left a little that goes passed the border line. I don't arrange the windows, that's local to Nick's PC.
