You can click on profiles in chat, and the Terez27 in the chat links to Terez27 on YouTube, the same one listed on her Twitter.

A.k.a. to have Monica, Ron, and Marchi admit they lied about him, and for Funimation to admit that their investigation was a sham that found no harassment and they fired him for other reasons anyways, then intentionally implied they fired him for harassment to back up Monica and the other's lies. To essentially confess to attempting to destroy a man out of spite, jealousy, incompetence, and malice.

I have difficulty envisioning any of them doing that without being forced to do so via threat of large financial penalties. Similarly I have difficulty envisioning them paying Vic enough to walk away from this without that explicit exoneration. Nor can I easily imagine Vic settling for a lesser apology that absolves the defendants without fully clearing his name. Basically the cheap way out of the lawsuit has always been to be brutally honest about their attempts to destroy Vic. The uncertainty left until the TCPA ruling doesn't really

Well perhaps not moronica, but still toei or sony could be twisting funi's arm to settling and funi could easily throw the other 3 under the bus by blaming them for this mess and even having fired whoever did the investigation. I understand that it can be a stretch and I could easily be wrong, but weirder shit has happened.

Contract negotiations are coming up and pretty sure if funi wants to keep that DBZ license, then they will make them settle this. Again it is speculation and high chance I am wrong, but just a thought.
