This stream was mostly between him and his guests at the hearing. I think he did mention Stan coming on in the previous stream as well. I personally doubt it's connected to Nick directly, although it could be possible with these idiots.

All I have heard as to what this could be is that aparently there is some video involving, staring, gotten from, etc armzgurl. So thats one. More funi leaks is another theory going around. A new lawsuit being filed is another popular one.. And a benign one but still a possible one would just be another filing of an affidavit by BHBH.

Personally I think the biggest hint Nick gave us was that it was weird and he diddnt know how it would affect anything but it was big. That to me says that its not directly a part of the lawsuit.

So after going back to listen to exactly what Nick said, I have some observations. First part of the clues are that No one expects it, which probably means its not a big talking point anywhere. Second is that Nick does not know what it will mean or how its going to work, which either means that its some kind of Texas specific legal strategy that he has become aware of, or it could mean that it does not really have to do with law or the suit. Third is that its very weird and specifically happening next week. His statement on the time frame is very specific, next week, which imply s that its something that is scheduled, so that gives more credit to it being something to do with the lawsuit from BHBH or slimier sources. Next he mentions certain people who think that they are out of this suit The knee jerk reaction is Marchi for this part, but this could possibly refer to round 2 and Igor, Iago, and Renfield. The way he says this also makes it hard to tell if its part of the previous hint or just an aside as to how it could tie back into the lawsuit. After this he says certain people think that certain defendants are completely removed from this suit, which implies that the first part is not about Marchi, but she is also not free and clear yet, and this might be something that could bring her back in. Also Nick then says that he will talk candidly about why he cant tell us any more, and its because he does not know what it means and he does not think anyone else does either. Not sure what to make of this, again it kinda makes it sound like this wont be something from the lawsuit its self, but possibly another leak. As an aside, it could also be Vic officially announcing his own dub studio or a partnership with TOEI directly, that would fit the bill if TOEI is preparing to pull the licence from Funi and Sabot and give it to Vic.
