Well, apparently, this is a thing. Degeneracy has countless faces, it seems.
You've obviously not been on the internet long enough. If you haven't been scarred at least 5 times from degeneracy on the internet, you are not yet experienced yet. Usually need to down a few bottles and a few packs of cigs to cope.

EDIT: Speaking of, let's raise those numbers for everyone. Cause I am a sadistic fuck, AND I WON'T SUFFER ALONE!!!!

I'm mostly ignoring WW for the time being to wait for the shitstorm to settle down a bit and more reliable information to be available, but I have a question. Didn't Ty file a motion to compel for the discovery that Monica and Ron weren't turning over after their deadline, before the TCPA was filed? Did the judge ever actually rule on that? Because some of the bits on the hearing I looked at suggested that the judge was dinging Ty for not asking to do more discovery during the discovery stay. Which would be an extremely shitty thing to do if the judge couldn't even be assed to rule on the motion to compel discovery that Ty had pending before the discovery stay.
Ty filed Motion to compel for discovery of MoRonica on June 21st and on July 1st Funimation Files TCPA right after the deposition of Vic, Ron & Monica.

Since so many of you are discouraged, we have a gift for you.

You might want to reconsider looking at this spoiler if you are at work.

Except banter and mockery of all forms is common here. I sometimes wonder if these people actually interact with real people, and when they do are they the types that cry over the most minor of banter.

So, the most egregious thing Nick pointed out, is that Chupp *refused to see Ty's binder* because.... He had the defense's.

It is an efficient response to those complaining that Ty gave him a whole bunch of nonsense that was hard to parse and didn't have a coherent message. He did, and Chupp DIDN'T WANT IT.

Edit: It is also a response to those who say that Ty was flat-footed on response. The judge didn't want to see where the evidence was held in an organized fashion.

This is quite a horrifying realization THOUGH given what Chupp had to deal with at the first of the week. I COULD see Chupp not being in the GREATEST of moods when he got to this TCPA hearing... Still no excuse...

Something neat on Twitter is that Nick's getting some glancing blows thrown at him by PopeHat and especially Leonard j. French, who also re-tweeted Marchi's tweet about being let go. The same lawyer that shut down that troon Alex Mauer. Anyone got thoughts on this? what if this lawyers on Twitter community blows up into a fist fight?

I think the fandom gets rallied up for nothing in that one a lot. I find it's "fine" if you want to skip parts so long you're willing to go back and watch.

Obviously, is recommended to begin from Part 1 and go on, since you won't need to be spoon fed some of the characters/in-universe mechanics background. But it's easy to get into, since the stories told are to some degree self-contained, I wholeheartedly recommend the series.
My way of watching jojo has simply been to read the manga for all the parts and then just watch the anime for whichever parts I want. The various jojo seasons have been very faithful to the manga so it's not like I'm missing anything by skipping parts I didn't really care for when I was reading them.

I'd still wholeheartedly second your way of getting into the series since I know that the manga art will throw people off, especially the first couple parts, which the anime somewhat fixes.
. . . And I was looking forward to breakfast. Goddamn, I need to stop morning browsing the Farms.
Nothing like seeing absolutely horrifying images such as that over a nice cup of coffee to wake you up in the morning.

By all accounts the TCPA hearing was a shitshow for both sides. I don't think any one should be celebrating or taking shots or crooning about how this is the end.

We knew Marchi had the best chance of exiting but the way in which it was done was baffling. A lot of shit seemed baffling.

Also remember, a lot of these Twitter lawyers are woke faggots who 'believe women', so that is going to cloud their view

Popehat and probably that French guy are both huge cowards. Popehat immediately blocked Nick when he got wind of this case and Nick knew that, and hid behind that block till the other day. Same probably goes for the Juicy Smoolet guy too. Only thing we can really do it archive and wait it out. If Vic wins and they start cleaning twitter, can show the speds where to get those archives.

French is jealous because he did the lawsplaining YouTube before Nick and Nick is far more popular than he is now.
He is really coming off as a coward by calling nick a troll in one tweet and then backhand complimenting him on another saying that he can unserstand vihamently defending a client but nick is too invested in this. He just seems like he is cucking to both sides so he can avoid getting his hands dirty.

That's it? That's a little depressing because I love French's work. I didn't think he'd be an exceptional baby.

That's what I'd surmise.

Well, if you're 'in between', no matter the outcome, you win.

Fence sitting always works out well.

It always amazes me how some people are too fucking stupid to catch up with the culture here while claiming that they're so intelligent and so great.

If you weren't so fucking exceptional and could pull your head out of your ass, maybe you'd be able to keep up.
