it would be better to pay possible would be migrants to stay where they come from in exchange for turning their neighborhood into an enclave and allow for American troops and law enforcement to be stationed there.

I love how people were quick to shift responsibility to Obama when they found out he was involved in those conditions, but when you point out that Trump could address those conditions, the response typically is: "No!
