@WGkitty So you can get a lien put on units in a strata if the owners misbehave? Maybe some of Yaniv's neigbours should talk to Mr Adams...

From what I can tell a lien only applies if the strata corporation has unpaid debts from the unit owner. However it's possible the strata corporation could claim that Yaniv's antisocial behaviour has caused them costs and try to collect those by putting a lien on the property and forcing sale.

Wow, I really feel for the women that this blob thinks are kitty. Yes they could probably outrun him blindfolded, but imagine if they get pinned under his flab! They're gonna be tiny compared to him, especially if they are indeed Asian women... I'm actually concerned for them (while obviously still appreciating the hilarity of him unravelling). What concerns me the most though is the RCMP looking at any complaints and thinking "well kitty had threats coming to them - it's all just words on a screen/six of one, half a dozen of the other/shouldn't have been drawing attention to themselves etc". Obv Jon has the Troon plot armour, and I've seen plenty of credible threats of violence towards women online written off by police here as 'usual trolling cyberbullying - ignore and block'.
