If I could go back to the age 12 I'd know what to do. The only problem would be that I'd have to check how were the teenage girls then. Your question is based on a stupid assumption that women marrying for resources meant that this didn't make men with resources attractive but only seduction did. It is, basically, an idiotic attempt to make post 1960 standards apply to all of history. It is based on fundamental ignorance. Women were always attracted to the type of men most other women wanted and these were not seducers in sane societies.
