There were 632 people murdered in Baltimore in 2017 or 58 per 100,000 citizens. Baltimore is by every object standard of measurement a shithole.

Also don't forget that only a few months ago the mayor of Baltimore had her home and office at the city hall raided by the FBI and the IRS. I would not be the least bit surprised if all of this sudden interest in Baltimore is being generated for a very specific reason other than just dunking on some idiot in the House out of the clear blue.

It looks to be an incomplete thought driven by tard rage. Trump doesn't give the chinamen food, and he is cutting food stamp benefits to a degree too.
The train station this was supposed to land in is probably something like how he seems to want people to starve, but this utter joke who should be heckled off stage tried to frame it as criminal stupidity, which isn't a punchline.
It's so bad I actually got a different message out of this: Trump isn't giving out food to foreigners, moreso than the cuts. This means technically everyone got a slight drop in food cost, since more of it is available in the US and the farmers have a windfall to their crops, thus dropping costs due to a higher supply and a healthier agri-budget.
If I can get this, and still can't find a punchline you know that this joke failed. It was so poorly made, I can't even explain the joke, thus ruining it.
Fuck, even expanding it to the comment quoting it, I don't see the joke, because dishonesty is a vice, not a crime. Nothing in that entire picture works, and is proof positive that abortions are targeting the wrong people, since at least the blacks don't kill comedy.

They're saying that Trump is bad with money/budget, and making that point with how much we're subsidizing farmers with the trade war vs how much he's trying to save by the adjustments to food stamps.
They could have a point, but I don't trust the numbers they give on anything on face value, especially in meme form.
