This...isn't totally implausible.
Working with outside PR vendors is the norm for companies that size. There's a lot of "right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing" that happens in these kinds of vendor situations. It's possible that some part of their external PR organization, probably some company dedicated to doing giveaways with "social media influencers" (these "influencer agencies" are getting bigger and bigger), is doing this without their corporate team knowing.
It's not going to be too many years before there are crosslinked influencer blacklists consulted by businesses for exactly this sort of embarrassing reason. A lot of Jonathans are going to be crying into their tendies that day.

It takes all kinds, but I hope to fuck the first thing a company's social media manager would do in response to being told they were being touted, officially, by a suspected pedophile would be to confirm internally.
Even if they were (and haha oh boy they're in for some shit if they were because that shit will leak like a sieve) that was the best response they could have given. Flatly deny and separate completely.

I literally can't understood anything from 4 minutes on in that video and neither can YouTube as it stopped giving me captions.
There is zero disclosure in the actual post that it was in anyway sponsored, no gifted product disclosure, no "we were provided this for free for review purposes". IF JY had been working with an external PR they would have wanted proper disclosure to avoid possible trouble in the future with the ASC.

I think Mama Yaniv is apeshit, but I also think that could be the starts of dementia. I won't bore you all with a powerlevel as to why.
If it IS dementia, this is elder abuse. I think it likely is anyway, and yeah she shouldn't have raised such a fucked up son, but if her mind is going she's easily manipulated and the fact that this nutsack is doing that is fucked up.
His asking to increase the sums of his judgements is what's going to fuck him. It's so fucking obvious he just wants money.

I think she’s a crazy old confused lady. Jonathan knows his mother has an extreme fear of Nazis so he tries to equate nazism to anyone not putting up with his bullshit. I think he’s convinced Miriam that this crazy bullshit is anti-Nazi.
She’s hard of hearing, English is a second language, she’s old, confused and looney - pretty easy for Jonathan to control the information she gets and the narrative. She probably really has no idea why he’s swanning around in a prom dress to defeat Hitler but she will go along with it for her precious boychik.
I mean they did it differently in Israel, but son has somehow managed to take on the Nazi terror in Canada by wearing a tiara, rainbow tights and demanding immigrant women wax his balls. I’m sure he’s told her if they don’t wax his hairy Jewish balls the gas chambers are next!

People have the right to deny creeps like you because you could very easily use the whole thing as an excuse to coerce the poor female estheticians into sexually pleasuring you. I'm not trying to imply that's what you were doing (but it wouldn't surprise me if it was). And even if we ignore that, there's still the fact rhat such a procedure can harm such sensitive regions as the scrotum.
