Yes, this greencard marriage rumour is bullshit. It popped off as soon as people started to question why Heidi didn't confirm Ross's consent on Twitter and she gave the worst answer she could.

There was a capture of something sprinkled in Heidi's quick response yesterday of a text where she does indeed declare such things, but it sort of got lumped in with another text message set

It's not really helping that everyone involved is dancing around the timeline, almost as if organising more than one person to fuck is more a liablity than it's really worth in the long run.

TIMELINE:

January 2018 - Heidi notices her husband is crushing on a friend. May of felt conflicted about it at first. Also already has her own side guy (but mostly internet only bar cosplay stuff)

Early February 2018 - Heidi messages Holly at 2am in the morning basically to tell her and Jared they have permission and her support to explore their feelings and use the guest bedroom for that.

Days after - Heidi gets distressed because despite supportive text messages, hears nothing from Jared and Holly and assumes they did the deed.Both insist they just talked a lot and didn't bang.

1-2 weeks later: One too many sneakouts without answer lead Heidi to flip her shit and shut the whole poly thing down. She dumps boyfriend and insists Jared dumps Holly too.

What I don't understand is why Jared was so cold and dismissive towards Heidi. He wanted to bang Holly, he had permission to bang Holly. Why did he ignore Heidi's messages?

Why not just respond "thanks for the encouragement, I will go have sex with Holly in the guest room now." Instead of flat out ignoring her when she's giving him what he wants??

I've had conversations with someone I had mutual feelings for where I don't look at my phone for hours. If he was there with permission and her saying she was fine with it, there isn't a reason he'd need to check in. You're giving your attention to the person you're with. I doubt he was intentionally seeing her messages and not responding.

Yeah that bothers me too. She didn't care about the fucking she just wanted to be in the circle and Jared couldn't even be assed to do that. Literally just tell your wife you love her the most a few times and talk about plowing Holly and she probably wouldn't have been so mad.

If that's the case, this reads like Holly was in the area and she and Jared went for a walk or something while Heidi was texting this. It's entirely possible she just didn't bring her phone with her because of where she was staying or what the situation was. This is also at like 2-4 AM, and most of people plug their phones in charge overnight.

A much more simple reason is: It was late, she had her phone plugged in to charge, didn't take it because she didn't think she would get any important calls or texts, and just decided to go for a walk.

Heidi is coming across like a spoiled slut who wasn't happy as soon as shit got real, Jared is coming across like an absolute wet-man who couldn't even be honest about what he was doing and Holly is straight up trying to justify the fact that she cheated on her unaware husband.

We are not entirely sure on the first question. As for the second, I don't think Ross ever did any collaborations with Jared when Ross stopped appearing on GG-related shows. Not sure about his own channel, though.

Yes, they're all liars, but you still seem to have this perception that Heidi was initially benevolent and taken advantage of throughout this whole thing. My point about having to believe a liar is the mindset that you have to take Heidi's word that she was in a consensual relationship with this other person and everything was fine until Heidi wanted to stop when Holly got involved.

And then you still go the path of Heidi feeling gaslit because she felt she was being a bitch afterwards, then getting served papers, and feeling justified about it afterwards because she finally "broke the conditioning" of this purported gaslighting.

I just wanted to clarify where I was coming from. It's like, even after all this comes out about Heidi being an unrepentant liar who was trying to save face in the light of scrutiny, you're still looking at her as a victim of sorts, which is mind-boggling to me. You have to couch this mindset alongside believing someone who's been caught lying multiple times throughout this.

I realize, but they are all liars now. Heidi is just the least offensive to me compared to Jared and Holly, although it's just a huge dumpster fire now. Heidi really seemed to think that she could post a bunch of this shit and that Holly wasn't going to push back, even though Holly has already been pretty expertly shown to be ruthless in her pursuit. She already cheated on her husband, moved to a different state, got a divorce, etc, but posting text messages would be too far for her?

I get what the texts say and agree she's a moron, but I still wouldn't look at those and say "look how ok she is". Most "working" poly relationships (I know, oxymoron) don't need that level of communication (and not at 2 to 5 in the fucking morning) and her sending those shows that she isn't even partially OK. If you have to tell someone 7 times in 2 hours how OK you are with something, you aren't ok with it.

Jared should have totally seen this (and Heidi's presumed behavior before this, since January) as a huge red flag that this was going to end in disaster (above and beyond the normal "polyamory always ends in disaster"). At that point he presumably no longer gave a fuck and tanked the shit out of his marriage.
