The three major ones are Rekieta, TUG and Yellow Flash. Nick is an actual adult and I'm willing to bet up to 4 bucks that he'll be fine. TUG is borderline, he was tested during that CPS fiasco and came close to a cowworthy meltdown, but managed to still act reasonably well. Flash has a history of drunk streams and sperging, it's a matter of time for him. I'll be surprised if he doesn't have his thread within 12-18 months.

I actually value tug more after that fiasco, for someone who had his family attacked he was surprisingly composed. I thought that'd be a mess, he kept his cool all things considered.

A lot lower because it would be an expensive pain in the ass. In its favor, it would be an even more expensive pain in the ass for ANN to defend a full trial in Texas if you could just win the jurisdiction argument, putting a lot of pressure on them to settle.

There's also the fact that dodgy jurisdictional arguments can take months or years to sort out and if they want a trial over the whole case, this could put the whole case on the back burner while it gets sorted out. It would suck to try to drag these idiots in, and then after spending money on it, have the decision of whether to drop them just to keep things moving or put everything on hold for some side case.

Wouldn't it be easier to pull them in later after deposing some of the other idiots involved in this case? It might be possible to get some of the people who spoke with ANN to reveal something that would make it easier to drag ANN in to court. Even if they don't go that route, just dragging some statements out of a person that casts ANN in a bad light or makes it appear that they were "in" on it means that they'll get pilloried endlessly on social media.

They don't have the kind of assets that Funimation does, so there's not a lot of reason to go after them even if you could prove something. If they know that the threat is there though, they'll probably try to worm out of it by printing a retraction, which isn't a bad outcome.

But I'd watch Hei over quite a number of these people. Honestly though, everyone is kind of below Rekieta in terms of the hierarchy in this. Pretty much just watch Rackets or go to the summaries of his vids on the farms and you'll be caught up a lot faster than a 15 minute video. Nick just focuses on the main issue and always keeps something in the back to deliver an extra punch for excitement. He's got the connections and it's why a lot of people go to him.

I'm not going to be surprised if we find out he's a corrections officer. I know a few guys who were/are in that line of work and TUG sounds like a more autistic version of them.
