I disregard his judgement and opinions of/on anything, consider him impotent in all possible meanings of the word, and so should Fredrick Brennan and everyone else who has two brain cells to rub together.
 
I strongly doubt that Eric Holder "declined to prosecute" Brennan. What likely happened was that whoever Holder sent in his stead since he had more important things to do explained to Wu and co that the owner of a website is not responsible for what's on it if they make good faith efforts to remove illegal content. Last I checked, 8chan did that under Brennan.

Ergo, Wu gets nothing from the meeting.
