Did some research on the Steve Jackson Games thing. It looks more plausible and recent than what I had found. I can't find who the woman who would be the defendant would be, though. Maybe it's somewhere in these forum thread pages, but it's hard to read since I don't understand the terminology or parties they're casually throwing around.

Oh boy, I hope so. Those people do not put up with these moral puritans. From joking about being "evil" for using male pronouns in the rules of munchkin to saying in GURPS 4th edition Basic Set how during a very realistic campaign the starting point for the strength stat of women should be a point or two lower than that of a man.
