After looking at the comic shop in question it appears that the Kameha Con rejects will be competing for space with 2 pokemon tcg events and will then be kicked out to make space for the Yugioh tournament at 6

To be fair the Kameha con owner hasn't exactly been shown to have a large amount of spine up until this point, perhaps the VAs are banking on them rolling over for them this time in some sort of twisted logic of preserving future relationships?
The fact they've tagged the con in the announcement tweet makes it look like they've got the con's blessing for this crap. No way would I let this fly after the crap they already pulled before this.
Edit: after making this post I refreshed and saw the tweet that @emspex posted, good lord I hope they're not that fucking cucked but if they are then maybe it's for the best if they don't run another con after this.

It really is embarrassing, there's this little part of me that is hoping they're okay with them doing it because they plan to claim all the money from them for breaching their contracts in the first place.
If not, then they should rename themselves cuckmeha con.

I think they will actually have 2-3 people coming for them, but they will co-opt the TCG audience and put out on social media that they have a huge support.
