Honestly a medically induced coma may be the only thing that would actually be the magic pill she wants. Dope her up for a few years, chop off the 100 pounds of loose skin, and then some intensive physical therapy, and she can almost be a kind of normal looking person.Sleeping is one of the only times she’s not eating so she’s not wrong..
Or chain her to a wall in a basement where you can't hear her screeching, that would work too.
