It's true. I've only been actively following the farms for a few months now, but even a cursory look shows that this place is a lawyers wetdream for evidence gathering. Everything is screenshotted, archived, and timelines are established. And this shit is done for free/fun.

I'm gonna bet Ron thinks Vic's two statements via Twitter (from Jan. 21st and Feb. 13th) and that video of him at a con close to tears are his proof of "confession".

He sorta does, because he's married to Rial, and has been talking mad shit about Vic. Rial is very important because her and Marchi have the two allegations you can put actual names and faces to, instead of rando semi-anonymous internet shit.
They are, insofar as they have the $$$, and can strike a deal to put Vic back to work. But the secondary targets would prove useful in discovery to go after the mains.
One possibility is he doesn't have shit.
"Now, listen here, lawyer man... I have evidence that would hurt your client!"
"Okay, may I see it?"
"No! You need to drop the lawsuit first, and then I'll tell you how we can all help Vic over soy lattes."

Not really since he doesn’t even seem to use twitter outside of promoting his own work or tweeting a random thing (mostly about food) with his last tweet being on the last day of January. The closest he’s got to being woke on twitter is just telling people to vote but not for anyone in particular.
