I figured. I mean, its super absurd to see David Duke on the show. But holy fuck does he go on and on and on and on. The most interesting thing to me is that he denounced the BlackKKKlansman movie, but not the book. He basically affirms the book is true. He also said he said the same things in the past, so a bit of the Trumpisim was true.

But all that shit with the comparison to Charlotte'sville is completely wrong. Its getting tiresome.

It's not like Ralph didn't ask him *any* good questions though. I've always wondered why people like Duke don't just espouse the opposite of what they actually want, knowing that everyone hates them. And Duke's answer to the question was actually kind of admirable.

He's portrayed in the media as some sort of genocidal maniac and that makes him sound a lot more interesting than he actually is. Rambling boomer that he may be, he has a cult of personality, and those are always dangerous. Thankfully, he espouses non-violence at at least the personal level, but he still provides an echo chamber for really dumb WN policy that would probably require government violence to enforce.

It seemed he was advocating for at least voluntary deportation of blacks today, but how many black Americans today would seriously want to give up their lives and property in America and move to some entirely separate continent with an entirely separate culture? Anyway, if any did want to do that, nothing's stopping them from doing it now. But, I mean, just the general idea of segregation is clearly not what a majority of Americans want right now. Make him defend the idea that society would be better than it is now when an ethnostate is in place.
